Job Description:
Our client, an AI data devtools startup, is seeking Strategic Projects Associates to join their growing team.
What They're Looking For
The company is looking for highly driven early-career candidates with 0–1 years of experience who thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments. Ideal candidates may have founding experience in college, leadership roles at top universities, or internships in investment banking, private equity, consulting, quantitative finance, product management, or high-growth startups.
Successful candidates demonstrate strong ownership, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to execute quickly on complex projects. A STEM background, technical fluency, or experience using AI tools such as Claude is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with leading AI labs to help build next-generation datasets that advance the capabilities of cutting-edge AI systems while generating revenue for the company
Manage and coordinate teams of subject-matter experts across fields such as finance, software engineering, and law
Develop sales memos, data samples, and materials that support partnerships and business development efforts
Support a variety of operational and strategic initiatives across the organization
Job Qualifications:
0–1 years of experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments
Leadership experience as a founder or leader of a prominent organization or club at a top university
Internship experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, quant roles, product management, or leading tech startups
Top-tier university background or another strong signal of excellence (e.g., founding and scaling a company)
STEM degree preferred
Familiarity with AI tools or basic coding ability is a plus
Exceptional ownership mentality, initiative, and resilience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
