Our client, an AI data startup, is seeking Technical Project Leads.

They are looking for highly driven, high-agency individuals who thrive in intense, fast-paced environments such as management consulting, investment banking, or early-stage startups. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning client relationships and complex projects end-to-end, consistently delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with leading AI labs to generate next-generation datasets that directly power advanced AI systems and drive company revenue

Own client relationships and manage project execution from kickoff through delivery

Lead and coordinate teams of domain experts across finance, software engineering, and scientific disciplines

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal research and engineering teams on cutting-edge AI initiatives

Take on high-impact operational and strategic projects as an early team member

Job Qualifications:

0–3 years of experience in software engineering or highly analytical roles

Experience building and shipping code (coursework, internships, or professional experience)

Strong programming proficiency in at least one language

Background at a reputable company and/or degree in Computer Science or a related field (top-tier school required)

Ability to own projects end-to-end with high accountability

Entrepreneurial mindset; prior founder experience is a plus

This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of engineering, operations, and AI research — with meaningful ownership from day one.

Willingness to work 60-80 hours per week, including Sundays. (not rigid as long as you get the work done)
